Shipping - Subscriptions & Returns

Return Policy

My Choice Software strives to provide our customers with superior assistance in regards to our return services. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product(s) they order, we offer a 30 day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, My Choice Software will refund the full amount, minus the cost of shipping on new, unopened items. You must obtain authorization before returning any product by contacting us by email at Support@MyChoiceSoftware.com or phone 800-318-1439.

My Choice Software will pay the return shipping for the incorrect or defective item in the event of a My Choice Software shipping error. Customers shall expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This time frame estimate includes the shipping transit time back to our company location, an authorization check and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued back in the form of the original method of payment. If a customer has received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and would like to receive a replacement, My Choice Software will pay the return shipping price for the incorrect item and ship the correct item out to the customer using upgraded shipping.  All subscriptions require a 30 day notice of cancellation and are non refundable.  

Electronic Delivery - My Choice Software will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, My Choice Software will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.

  • Open License - My Choice Software may charge a 15% restocking fee on Open License orders that have been submitted to distribution or fulfilled.
  • Retail Licenses - My Choice Software may charge a 15% restocking fee on retail orders that have been fulfilled.
  • Anti-Virus - My Choice Software may charge a 25% restocking fee on Anti-Virus orders that have been fulfilled
  • Retail Boxes - My Choice Software may charge a 15% restocking fee on retail box that have been fulfilled. If the item has been activate, we can not resell this item or provide a refund. Damaged products will be at the discretion of the store.


Subscriptions

    • a. Agreement term and termination. This agreement will remain in effect until the expiration, termination, or renewal of your Subscription, whichever is earliest.

    • b. Subscription termination. You may terminate a Subscription at any time during its Term; however, you must pay all amounts due and owing before the termination is effective.
    • (i) One-Month Subscription. A Subscription having a one-month Term may be terminated anytime without any cancellation fee.
    • (ii) Subscriptions of more than one-month. If you terminate a Subscription within 30 days of the date on which the Subscription became effective or was renewed, no refunds will be provided, and you must pay for the initial 30 days of the Subscription, but no payments will be due for the remaining portion of the terminated Subscription. If you terminate a Subscription or Services at any other time during the term, you must pay for the remainder of the Term, and no refunds will be provided.
    • Online Services or Other Subscriptions. For all other Subscriptions, if you terminate a Subscription before the end of the Term, you must pay a fee equal to one-month's Subscription fee and you will receive a store credit of any portion of the Subscription fee you have paid for the remainder of the Term; provided, however, no refunds will be provided for partially unused months.
    •  Suspension. We may suspend your use of the Online Services if: (1) it is reasonably needed to prevent unauthorized access to Customer Data; (2) you fail to respond to a claim of alleged infringement under Section 5 within a reasonable time; (3) you do not pay amounts due under this agreement; (4) you do not abide by the Acceptable Use Policy or you violate other terms of this agreement; or (5) for Limited Offerings, the Subscription becomes inactive from your failure to access the Online Services as described in the Offer Details. If one or more of these conditions occurs, then:
    •  For Limited Offerings, we may suspend your use of the Online Services, your Subscription and your account immediately without notice.
    •  For all other Subscriptions, a suspension will apply to the minimum necessary part of the Online Services and will be in effect only while the condition or need exists. We will give notice before we suspend, except where we reasonably believe we need to suspend immediately. We will give at least 30 days' notice before suspending for non-payment. If you do not fully address the reasons for the suspension within 60 days after we suspend, we may terminate your Subscription and delete your Customer Data without any retention period. We may also terminate your Subscription if your use of the Online Services is suspended more than twice in any 12-month period.

Shipping

We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When an order is placed online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery is based upon a number of factors, including the destination, shipping method, and the time in which the order was placed.

Most products ship same day, however, below are the estimated processing and delivery time frames for each shipping method:

  • Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4 - 10 Business days for delivery
  • Express Saver:1-2 days processing time. 2 - 3 Business days for delivery
  • Standard Overnight:1-2 days processing time. 1 Business day for delivery.
Please keep in mind that the listed times are an estimation and, depending on product availability, it is possible that your product may arrive on a sooner date.

Electronic Delivery

If you purchase your product(s) and it states they have an electronic delivery method or download, you will receive the required product/license key in an email the same day your order is confirmed.
